For Returns & Cancellations

You may return/replace the product if a wrong product was delivered or an incomplete order was delivered with missing items.
You may cancel the order until the product has been shipped.
At Unfold Everything, we make it a point to never ship damaged products. However, if you feel a damaged product has been delivered to you, please write back to us at _______________ within 6 hours of receiving your package, along with clear photographs. Our team will get in touch with you at the earliest to process a replacement after a thorough check. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund/replacement is initiated.
Your amount will be returned to the bank account/credit card/debit card within 7 business working days.
We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
